Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Dried Seafood, Egg White & Broccoli Steamed Dumpling Dim Sum Review (Price: $7.95 – Large Dim Sum Classification)

The Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Dried Seafood, Egg White & Broccoli Steamed Dumpling Dim Sum features just what the name implies. It was a unique dumpling as you don’t eat this type of stuff everyday. Usually, dumplings are with pork or shrimp. There’s still some shrimp but there’s broccoli and egg white as well. Though, there’s quite a bit of MSG taste in this. My throat was quite thirsty after eating this. There are 4 pieces in a serving.

Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Lunch Dim Sum Turnip Carrot Pastry Dim Sum Review (Price: $7.95 – Large Dim Sum Classification)

The Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Turnip Carrot Pastry Dim Sum has 3 pieces in a serving.

On the inside, there’s carrot turnip that soft and gooey. On the outside, its crispy. This taste not bad.

Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Deep Fried Taro Dumpling with BBQ Duck & Pine Nut Swan Shape Dim Sum Review (Price: $7.95 – Large Dim Sum)

The Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Deep Fried Taro Dumpling with BBQ Duck & Pine Nut Swan Shape Dim Sum comes with 3 pieces in a serving. They are shaped like a swan which makes this dish very cute. Though, the swan neck and head didn’t taste that good. It was a bit hard and I think it was just flour.

The taro dumpling inside was soft and has BBQ duck and pine nuts. The outside was crispy.

Grand Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant Dim Sum Lunch Receipt & Prices

This is our bill for two people. Normally, people usually order 4 for two people (2 per person). But we’re on a diet so we just order 3 dim sum items now. Tea price is expensive at $1.5 per person. There’s also no discount on tea price. Though, some really upscale places can charge up to $2 per person for tea.

Overall, the dim sum lunch meal was ok. With the discount, prices are still slightly a little more expensive than regular prices at Fortune City Seafood Restaurant in Vancouver. With that said, you do sit more comfortably at this restaurant as its considered more upscale. The environment looks more nice. Its a nice place to bring friends to have some dim sum.
